Every time I see 'wheat' I'm thinking, you know, like a hefe er sumthin. Well, you'd think after a 100 wheat ales, I'd know better. Pour from a can is clear pale. Big foamy head. Smell is fairly crisp & fresh. Initial impression is that it needs more carbonation. Yep, taste is your typical wheat ale that is trying to be a baby IPA. Fairly smooth, but that annoying bitterness is in the background. Not bad, better than most other domestic attempts at wheat ale. Bitter stronger pale ale bitter finish.

12oz can at HBS. Slightly hazy copper pour. Mild pale malts a touch of toasted. Pretty plain but smooth.

Blik geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Kim en Sander. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en licht hoppig.

Nothing much here. Hefeweizen light, which is kinda dumb since hefes are already pretty easygoing. Mild sweetness, slight tart yeast, dull finish. Pass.

Can from Beer Hop. It pours ever so lightly hazy golden - amber with a decent white cap. The aroma is bready, grainy, wheat, cereal, hay, cracker, some malty sweetness and earth. The taste is dry and crisp, bitter - sweet, wheat bread, cereal, doughy, dull sweet banana, grain husks, grass and a touch of citrus peel with a drying finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit lacklustre tbh. Fair.

Für ein Session Wheat erfreulich aromatisch, dabei eher ein Wit, Orangen, Koriander, Hefe, kurz bitter, passt.
