Bottle, thanks Quack-Duck! Lightly hazy golden, white cream. Broad grassy, floral and bitter herbal aroma - woodruff, citrus. Medium body, dry, light sparkly. Hay and grass on the front of the palate, floral, light brassy, grassy finish, minty, flowery retronasal. Refreshing to have classic hops showcased up on front again.

33cl Flasche von Quack-Duck, danke! Eine klare goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Aroma: Würziger und leicht floraler hopfen, helles würziges Malz, etwas Getreide. Geschmack: Frischer würziger Hopfen, helles Malz, etwas Getreide, langer würzig hopfiger Nachhall.

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, more and more hoppy, flowery, light fruity with hints of lemon. Not too dry. Finish well balanced, soft-malty, still with a fine fruity-hoppy touch. Nice.

Fläschle (Dank am See!): Golden, almost clear, small, but stable white foam, moderate spicy herbal-hayish (almost a bit Saazy) hoppy nose with a mild sweetish-grainy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a least soft; lingering moderate hayish-bitter finish with soft malt in the aftertaste. Pleasant stuff...

bottle from local Gefako. Clear straw-golden yellow, tall and stable white head leaving lacework. Promising hoppy nose. Light and elegant malty base, good fresh hops present, lovely resiny and slightly grassy flavours. Surprisingly hoppy-bitter finish with more pine and resine. Very nice!
