Sweet creamy malt provides a base for a big juicy hop profile of Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azacca. Hazy, very little bitterness, you'll have no idea you're drinking a DIPA until you've had 2 or 3 and your eyes start looking like Steve Buscemi's.

440ml can from lowcostbeer.com, 4 weeks past BBE. Hazy bright orange pour with small white head which leaves a nice covering. Aroma of tropical fruits, orange citrus, pine, medicine. Taste follows aroma, quite sweet, some caramel malt background, moderate zesty and pine bitter finish. Medium bodied, fairly smooth, soft carbonation Very enjoyable.

Keg @ Bailey Head. Murky varnish orange appearance, white foam atop. Strong overripe orange and alcohol on the nose. Generally a bit messy to taste with strong alcohol, pine, sweet malt and overripe fruits dominating. Bit rough around the edges this.

440ml can via LowCostBeer: BB 19th May 2021, drank on my patio on 5th Jun 2021, so three weeks after it's BBD. Hazy old gold body, white crust on top. Fruity nose with tropical citrus vibes, taste also dominated by the citrusy hops, the Maltodextrin (not too sure I want that in my beer) must help with the thickness of the body somehow.
