Competent, refreshing but fairly forgettable.

Bottle. An unclear orange-colored beer with a dense, finger-thick white head leaving some curtains. Rather malty, almost doughy, mash-like aroma, with pine cones, resins, and tropical fruit notes, and a light grassy, earthy touch. It's medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level, semi-dry, with a nice bitterness for the style. Biscuity, bready flavor, with tropical fruits, pine cones and some herbal hints. Lasting finish, with the herbal, bitter note more present. A decent one, guess it would have been slightly more interesting when fresh, but it was still some months until the BB-date. 180711

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours intense gold with fine white foam, persistent. Aroma is nicely aromatic, with citrus but also caramel and toffee. Body is slightly dense with average carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter at first, with some sweetness. However, the finish is long and bitter.
