Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is sulphury yeast, grassy hops, clean Pilsner malts. Taste is moreish juicy malts, herbal hops, grassy, very fresh, dry and bitter finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Amazing bitter and bone dry Pilsner!

From tap at NaPalmě, Prague, 30.09.18. Translucent pale straw colour. Foamy and persistent white head and lacing. Fairly moderate aroma of fresh grass, pilsner malt and nuts. Excellent and refreshing taste of meadows, Czech pilsner hops, pilsner malt, nuts and succade. A sublime hops bitterness is lingering on. Perfectly medium low carbonated, with a full mouthfeel.

Keg at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A mostly clwe golden yelow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is fresh cereal. Grains, crisp, light apple. Flavour is composed of is crisp, light grains. Apple. Cereal grains noble, grassy hop. Palate is crisp highish carbonation. Light honey. Palate is highish carbonation, frorhy. Nice. Crisp lager.

GBBF Day 3. Keg. Light haze on this yellow - gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Mild but classic German floral nuttyness. Mellow pine. Modest citrus. Light semi dry finish. Clean and easy drinking.

Die in Tschechien sehr beliebten zehngrädigen Biere wurden schon in einigen Rezensionen beschrieben: Meist als recht wässrig, aber erfrischend. Jetzt hat sich eine junge Craftbrauerei dieses "Bierstils" angenommen und es tatsächlich geschafft, das verstaubte Zehngrädige in die Craftbier-Ära zu führen. Erfrischend ist es nach wie vor, aber die Wässrigkeit weicht einer frischen Hopfigkeit, ohne zu stark zu werden. Ein interessantes altes neues Bier.
