We have taken our beloved Collective Gardening and made an imperial version. Utilizing the same grist of pale malt and wheat, this beer takes our non traditional dry hopped farmhouse to new territory with even more dry hops and a richer and more complex base.

Can. Cloudy gold with an inch + of white head. Aroma of oranges, flowers, dusty funk, honeyed dough. Quite sweet though and it neither dries out much nor has a serious bitter kick (although it builds after a while). Pleasant enough but I suspect I'd like the littler version more.

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Misty gold, sparse white foam bubbles atop. Aroma has a mild farmhouse yeast sweetness. Taste presents a very pleasant, balanced saison sweetness, doughy sweet in the right places without going too overboard, some mild peppery pine drifting into view, very nicely presented.

From tap at Apollon platebar, Bergen, 12.03.21 as a lucky result of my flight to Kristiansund being cancelled. Cloudy pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste wheat, green bananas, coriander, cloves and curacao orange peel.

Apotekergaarden 141120. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, malt. Flavor is oranges, fruit, malt, alcohol, grapefruit, pine. Easy drinkable nice beer.

Can, at Apotekergården. It pours a hazy orange-golden colored body under a nice white head. The aroma has grapefruit, pine cones, some resin and a touch of pale malts. It's full bodied, nicely carbonated and smooth in the mouth. The flavor too is mostly hoppy, grapefruit, pine cones and a touch of malts in the flavor. Pleasant lasting finish. Nice indeed especially for a bitter. 201114
