Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some citrus and rather lager. Flavour is fruity, some citrus and quite lager like. Almost like a Biere de Garde, rather than Saison.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear amber, small head. Mild fruity nose with some sauce bearnaise. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Some syrup and caramel, peach and herbal spice. Low bitterness.

ABV: 6.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, estragon, herbs, earthy, light yeasty, saison yeast - minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, saison yeast, wheat, herbs, earthy, light peppery, sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, flowers and has a sweet malty finish.
