An amber lager dry hopped with Centennial. This beer really showcases the the Vienna malt offering more flavour and complexity to a lager beer that was cold lagered for 4 weeks.

Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - golden amber, some lacing. Nose - pale malt, light corn and grassiness. Taste - more grassiness and biscuit malt. Palate - light bodied, fairly clean through the finish. Overall - ok.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of straw, dried herbs and caramel. Taste is more of the same. Thin finish.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is straw, herbal, phenolic, caramel. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not great.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours slightly hazy amber with a medium-sized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, raspberry jam, toffee. Taste is light sweet, toffee, dried fruits, followed by a light bitter tang. Not bad.
