Birra prodotta seguendo lo stile Gose tradizionale di Lipsia. Leggermente acida e sapida, prodotta con l’utilizzo di fermenti lattici e sale rosa dell’Himalaya. Questa birra la produciamo prima per noi, è il nostro aperitivo! Sfortunatamente richiede lunghi tempi di produzione, quindi è disponibile quando ci resta il tempo per produrla.

Draft at RePub, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with minimum white foam. Aroma is hay, grassy, recalling also some lemon candies, some green apple too. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is fairly sour, with maybe delicate saltiness and a little sweetness. Finish is short and clean.

on tap chiara velata schiuma media non molto persistente vinosa minerale nota sapida piacevole beva finale frutttato
