Keg at Ristorante Papagrand, Variney Chez Roncoz. Nice to visit the little bar across the street and find some very much local craft beer! This was a fantastic lager that hit the spot after a days skiing. Light with a slight touch of grass. Gluggable while still maintaining body. Top notch.

Slightly darker than golden, a bit translucent and hazy. Low to medium sized white head, recedes quite fast, still leaves some lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: hay/straw, a touch of white bread, lemonish hints, a bit of grassiness. Taste notes follow the aroma, with a bit more prominence in the grassy/refreshing component. There's a hint of earthiness too. Equal presence of sweetness and bitterness in both taste and aftertaste, feels overall quite neutral. Light body, average to high carbonation, feels lively and decently refreshing but a bit coarse. Overall: a timidly crafty version of a macro lager. Decent flavour intensity and no significant flaws, but don't expect the delicate taste of a helles (though the brewery claims it is).

(Can) pours clear pale gold with small white head. Subtle pleasant aroma with hints of bread and citrus. Light body and good carbonation. Gentle citrus tang, gentle biscuit malt sweetness, and gentle hoppy bitterness. Very drinkable.
