Juice Machine was originally devised and brewed to support our very first trip to Extreme Beer Festival in 2014. We’ve revived and tweaked the original recipe on a 30 BBL scale and brought new life and experience into the idea of an obscenely hop saturated yet juicy and delicate Double IPA. It is essentially a marriage of the King Julius malt bill with a hopping intensity schedule similar to that of Very Green. The use of Magnum, Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, and Galaxy creates perhaps our most complex drink with unapologetic flavors of tangerine, mango, lime, papaya, and grapefruit with waves of dankness. Hop burp nirvana, indeed.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky yellow. Fruity hops, tropical, garlicy, sweetish, green bitterness, a bit of alcohol.

Jæren Ølfestival 2022. Orange -yellow color with a white head. Aroma is oranges, pine, grapefruit, alcohol. Flavor is oranges, pine, grapefruit, alcohol, tropical fruits, citrus. Easy drinkable beer.

Can, at Jæren Ølfestival. An unclear yellowish orange colored beer with an off-white head of moderate size. The aroma has piney, grapefruity hops, with a generic tropical fruityness, some alcohol and a very light bready touch. It’s full-bodied, smooth and very lightly warming, with a decent bitterness. The flavor too is of the tropical kind, with grapefruit and pine cones, with a touch of bready malts. Lasting fruity finish. A pleasant one indeed, refreshing and tasteful but a bit one dimensional. 220813

Shared 473 ml can at Bryne tasting. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma and flavour of tropical fruits, citrus and pine. Decent bitterness.

Notater fra en særdeles hyggelig kveld på Jæren Ølfestival 2022: uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Manog, papaya, søte appelsiner, lime og grapefrukt. Dette er helsekost som kan inngå som en av fem om dagen. Fra 0,473 boks.

473ml can. Canned 06/08/22. Poured hazy orange color. Dense head. Grapefruity dry, quite smooth. Tasty brew. Juicy.

Really green on the nose. That fades in the mouth. Grapefruit and papaya, creamy. Well-balanced. Not too boozy.
