Keg at The Campervan Brewery in the company of Craig, Stella, Nick and Anna, Saturday 10th February 2018 Pours hazy warm gold with a slim white head. A little dusty, fuzzy, biscuity, rhubarb, a little bit artificial. Ok. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Bottle from Cork & Cask. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is bright, sweet, juicy, fruity, rhubarb & custard sweets, strawberry and jam rolly polly & custard. The taste is dry, some bitterness, toasty oats, rhubarb crumble, straw, grass, bit of green veg, herbal and a touch of soap vanilla custard. Lighter - end of medium body and moderate carbonation. Taste doesn't quite live up to the aroma. Fun stuff anyhow.

Bottle (3.8% ABV) from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of apple pie and rhubarb. Flavour of rhubarb yoghurt, tangy Jaffa Cake and custard. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. My first sip of this was a real βwowβ moment. It really tastes of rhubarb crumble! Tasty beer.

Keg at six degrees north. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas are bang on rhubarb and custard. Just like the sweets! Taste is heavy on the vanilla custard. Maybe a touch thin. Very interesting though.

Sample bottle thanks to Paul. Appearance - cloudy golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - meadow flowers, slight sweet tart fruit which could be the rhubarb. Taste - lovely sweet stewed rhubarb. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long elegant finish. Overall - wow, thatβs interesting.
