Can to lager glass.
Appearance: golden bronzed amber color with a sly transparency and a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft mixed citrusy hops with a light floral crisp hoppy tone; some bready/doughy malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet hoppy to malty quality; finishes crisp with a touch of the floral hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable; very smooth across the tongue; good level of carb
Overall: I believe I can see this as a German pilsener and I think I could come back to this.

Can at home in Canaan - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, white head. Light sweet flavour notes of dried dough, a nip of citrus, yeast, biscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation toon. Clean finish, lightly drying, more pale biscuits, a suggestion of grassy hops. Wildly drinkable.

Can from Tavour. Pours a clear golden-straw with off-white head that fades to c tight collar of tiny bubbles and a small dusting over the top. Aroma is spicy esters, pepper and grain. Flavor is bready with a slight orange tartness in the very end. Soft well-rounded mouthfeel, and a moderate bitterness that came out more during the back half of the palate.

Canned X/28/22 (illegible), drunk 8/11/22. Clear brass. Big, white head, good retention. Corn, light mineral, low hop character at this point. Little bit of sulphur in there, even. Soft, malty, with light herbs and strong minerals. Lingering sourdough and herbal bitterness. Nice and dry but very malty and attenuated. No alcohol or flaw noted. Probably quite bitter when very fresh but as is, very balanced and just a by-the-books NGP.

Clear straw body with effervescent carbonation; thick puffy off-white to cream head. Nose grassy and cerealy with light tart grain. Body is nutty and cerealy with a moderate tang, finishing smooth and grassy-bitter. Clean, crisp, and tasty.
