Farmhouse ale matured in wooden red wine barrels. After the first maturation, the beer is refermented with fresh local raspberries in an amount of 300g per liter. After another months of refermentation with fruit, Milica is born. Dry and smooth beer with a very strong fruity aroma, light acidity and a large dose of funk and tannins.

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Red coloured, small to medium sized white to off-white head, mild raspberry and fruity nose. Raspberry, yeasty, touch of spelt and tartish fruit with touch of wood in the finish.

0.75 l bottle, shared at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Murky reddish pink, small white head. Funky fruity, vinous, red grapes, ripe berries, tart fruit. Moderately sharp acidity. Plum. Candy. Moderate carbonation, light body, mineral, tannic. Some sweetness, some tartness.

Bottle from BaseCamp. Murky dark red body, white body. Lovely aroma, interesting mix of red grapes, raspberries and some funk, just light olive notes. Good body, wood, lean, olives, raspberries, buggy funk, soft, nice, but the flavor is... less thrilling light wine barrel in the finish, but in a good way. Good stuff!
