Freezy Dizzy is a 3rd saison in "Four season's saison" series that represents winter.
We try to expand limits that define tradional saison beers, as we push hops to crazy amounts, recreate body and texture and let yeast do it's job at un-ordinary conditions!

Aroma is a complex spectar: at first you have funky, bubblegum and raspberries-like with lot of tropical and fruity aromas from hops (Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Jade). Body in enhanced with oats that gave silky texture, and than at the end, you got lots of spicy aromas, grapes and wine-like flavour, black pepper and floral notes.

We could say it's like NEIPA combined with saison - hoppy, silky and funky.

This is why we brew!

Bottle at home. Hazy yellow color, full sized fizzy white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy. Flavor is lightly malty, pleasantly hoppy, light citruspeel notes, light tart in the background. A bit high carbonated but pretty nice overall.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy yellow/orange pour, one finger soapy white head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Fruity nose, slightly sour-ish, citruses, grassy background. Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Fizzy, prickly mouthfeel, average texture. Sour and bitter taste. Fruity herbal aroma, citric acid, zest. Herbs and spices. Yeasty, phenolic, some grassy notes. Feels somewhat unbalanced with slightly harsh bitterness in the background. Medium lasting finish, dry, lingering spiciness. Good.

Bottled, huge thanks Hrabren! Murky yellow-orange body, big white head, collapsing at a fair pace. Initially a fairly phenolic clove kick, but some stone fruit hops do come out later on. Soft body, though lean, ending lightly dry, okay, I see where the NE influence went, the phenolic game is strong with this one, but there are still citric, orange notes. Okay really.

0.5 l bottle shared with Marko. Hazy golden, small off-white head. A yeasty note coming up with ripe pear, overripe fruit, medicinal phenols, plastic, phenols taking over. Flavour is harsh, phenolic, ripe fruit, medium to full body softens it out, finishes dry. Moderate carbonation, juicy.

Bottle, 500 ml courtesy of and shared with Max. Grassy, bit dank, citrus fruit, yeasty, somewhat harsh bitter finish. Low carbonation. Medium bodied. It's not a saison nor NEIPA, somewhere between. However it doesn't seem like a good combo.
