From cask at The Guildford Arms, Edinburgh. Softly fruity with notes of orange and toasty malt. Picking up a little caramalt, biscuity malt. Moderate bitter and light sweetish. Pleasant.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st March 2025. Clear amber with shallow whitish foam and full lacing. Soft sweet summer fruits and zesty citrus in aroma. Zesty peel and tangy fruits in-mouth and a grassy finish. Smooth as velvet, on a medium body.

Cask at the Plockton Hotel, 10/20/21. Clear golden to light amber with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is soft malts, honey, light orange zest, breads, straw. Taste comprises orange peel, caramel, bready malts, cheesecake base, light herb, fruit slice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Solid easy drinking cask affair.
