25/3/2022. Can shared at ITFCfan's 30 for 30. From Hoptimism. Pours clear very pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is strong lemon, orange, grapefruit, yeast, lemon sorbet, some mucky musty notes. Moderate sweetness, medium sour. Light body, oily watery mouthfeel, quite fizzy. Earthy sour finish. Bit odd for starters, improved.

Slow gushing to glass full of white foam over pale clear yellow beer. Fresh lemon nose and lime rind, lemonbalm. Sharp lemony flavour, mildered by a strange spicy flavour. Lactic acid. It IS unidimensional, no discussion here. Spritzy feel by invisible carbonation; refreshing; apt light body. The beer for a terrace in the sun (which is what I did) - the beery, more refreshing equivalent of limoncello.
