This Zesty, naturally hazy American IPA has a thick creamy mouth feel with punches of tangelo, citrus and Pith. A slight hint of spice with a dry and bitter finish. As always its unfiltered, unfined and natural.

[ As Overtone IPA - Comet / Waimea ].
ABV: 6.3%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, orange, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, earthy hops, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190727]

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light malts, a very modest sweetness. Slightly ripe orange, some depth of flavour with a little peel showing. Whisper of lemon peel. Touch of ripe tropical fruits. Very very mild hop spice. Not getting much of the hop filth I would normy associate with Waimea. It's fine but lacking brightness and a tad thin.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - bright orange. Decent lacing. Nose - earthy with some candied fruit. A bit unusual. Taste - orange and resin this time. Palate - medium bodied and gnarly. Dry and bitter finish. Bit somehow it gets you back for more. Overall - this one grew on me.
