Taster on tap at Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Mild herbal and citrus aroma, it actually reminds me of the lemon thyme we have in the garden. Moderate to medium sweet with medium to low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. On the watery sidebut still fairly drinkable.

Bottled (from KSM Kampus, Pori). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is thyme, some citrus and earth. Flavour is citrus, thyme, earth and some mild floral tones. Thyme bomb.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of thyme. Tart with thin body and clean mouthfeel. Lemon, thyme and metal. No bitterness.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, lemon, thyme, herbs - spiced. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, thyme, pizza spized, herbs - spized, lemon, wheat - pale malt, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
