We brewed nice sour IPAs and combined them with fruits or spices. Now itʼs time for the tangerine version made as well with Kardamom and Vanilla.

Can from Gedeelde Vreugde (presumably).
A: clear orange, small, white head.
A: orange juice, apricot, sour cream, sherbet.
T: sour orange & mandarin zest, sherbet, cardamom, yoghurt.
F: tart mandarin, bit bitter spicy cardamom.
P: medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.
Combination works well here, not bad for what is essentially a Pastry Sour.

Draught at CBF Wien 19. Dark yellow, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, sour citrus, mandarin, apricot, resin, some pine, some flowers. Tastes similar, with more mandarin. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes medium sweet, medium sour, citric, resinous, piney, with mandarin, tropical fruits. Tasty. Works surprisingly well, especially the taste is really lovely, with fresh mandarin. Well balanced between sour, sweet and hoppy notes. Drinks smooth and fresh, lovely stuff. Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
