Bottle 330ml. [ As LaBieratorium Alte Welt Ale ].Hazy - murky matt medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt caramel, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke. Bottle, 5.2%. Hazy dark amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, grass, little dark fruit and a little smoke. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, smoke, dark fruit, notes of meat, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, smoke, fruits and hops. Light smoky finish.

Hazy medium amber colour, lot of activity, good frothy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Light smoky nose, aroma toasted malts, caramel, light smoky, basement. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, bit astringent, light smoky (also retronasal), dark bread, burnt caramel, fruity touch. Malty bitter finish with earthy and woody accents, interesting but not completely convincing.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized creamy white head, which settles into a firm small head quite quickly. Aroma is kind of toasted, some spruce, fruits, mild toffee and grass. Flavour is smoked wet wood, some sweet fruitiness, mild caramel/toffee and some slight earthy and grassy notes.
