(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber golden colour with a beige and short frothy head. Slightly sourish fruity and earthy hoppy aroma with notes of caramel and a whiff of smoke in the background. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Delicately nutty cara-malt character with shades of smoke in the background, backed by mildly fruity and earthy hoppy flavours; slightly slim bitter-sweet finish with a tinge of caramel and smoke. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt caramel, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke. Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, smoke, fruits and hops. Light smoky finish.

Hazy medium amber colour, lot of activity, good frothy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Light smoky nose, aroma toasted malts, caramel, light smoky, basement. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, bit astringent, light smoky (also retronasal), dark bread, burnt caramel, fruity touch. Malty bitter finish with earthy and woody accents, interesting but not completely convincing.
