A smooth hellesstyle lager, brewed the New England way with oats and wheat and fermented with a Swiss mountain yeast, lagered near zero for 4-6 weeks to deliver a beautiful crisp finish.

Saturday 27th March 2021. Tasting session with myself, six beers; this is the first. 330ml can from Beer52; BB 26th Aug 2021. Slight haze to the light golden body, white topping. Not too sure what a Swiss Mountain Yeast is, but it's helped to produce this brew apparently. Soft and pleasant enough, mild hop front with a mini-citrus feel. A decent start to the session, no strong aroma or flavours to report about though.

Frothy off white head on an unclear gold body. Fruity malt aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a cloying back. Bitter, yeast, spiced, pepper & citrus tastes with a hopped up finish. Good one.
