Designed to be a light Indian Pale Ale style. The light straw colour of this beer belies its full and citrus fruit driven flavours. Distinctly hoppy, with wonderful aromas from Styrian Goldings hops, the finish is perfectly balanced and satisfying. A huge hit with Untapped fans!

Bottle at Favourite Beers, Cheltenham, Glos Oxon May 2011 consumed at home in garden July 31 2011 Pours golden with a white filmy head, soft in mouth with citrus flavours, little soapy hop and a little fuzzyness in mouth, I get a bit of salad bowl flavour, lettuce mostly, now and then. It’s fine, but I was hoping for little bit more. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottled 500ml. -Cloudy yellow/golden coloured, brief off-white head, pineapple in the nose. Moderate malty, fresh hoppy and lemony taste with notes of caramel and pineapple. Small sediment at the bottom. Very nice IPA and truly pleasant surprise.

Bottle conditioned from the Riverside Farmers Market, Cardiff. deep gold in colour with no head and slight carbonation. Citrus and floral hop aromas with some caramel. Sweet flavours of marmalade and biscuits, which became a bit cloying, with a touch orange hop and light dry finish. Ok.
