This cider is off-dry and presents traditional European red currants with a touch of black pepper, freshly picked blackberries and crisp, green apple. Strong and inviting secondary flavours of raspberry and cranberry are present, with medium to long fresh rhubarb finish and lively bubbles. Gluten-free.

Red colour, clean. The aroma is a bit jammy, mild fruit, the flavour still has some residual sugar, undefined fruit, and mild acidity.
Drinkable.

375ml @ Phill's. Appearance: clear purple with no head. Aroma: red currant seeds, some honey, a bit weird chemical notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear pink-ish red with no head. A bathbomb beer with young red currant, mld honey, floral, slightly soapy.

375mL bottle, pours a clear rose red / pink with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite a bit more faint and dry than the black currant version, with no hint of honey or apple, just gentle currants. Sort of smells like I'm walking by The Body Shop in a mall. Flavour is juicier than the nose suggests, with lots of red currants upfront; I get some odd spiciness and floral, soapy notes. This is very different from the black currant version. Not all that complex and certainly not worth the price. Okay.

Very nice deep pink body and some modest carbonation, nonexistent foam. The aroma is a slightly viney apple, soft red currant sweetness, mellow candied mustiness. Flavour is a nice sweet red currant sharpened by apple. Lively carbonation, tannins linger, slight grassiness. Enjoyable.
