The Adriaen Brouwer Tripel and Oaked are both organic beers. This means that all ingredients used to brew the beer are grown organically... and that’s a first for the brewery that has existed since 1545! Nose: herbs (coriander, Curaçao) mixed with citrus aromas, mild hints of hops. Flavour: herbs (coriander, Curaçao), Belgian organic hops, powerful and full-bodied.

330ml bottle, shared with Leif and Finn at a drinking session. Pours a big white head leaving dotted spots on the glass, next-to-clear golden body. Dried fruity aromas, inviting. Mixed taste of yeast, stewed fruits, and a spicy note. Dried fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Decent sipper. (Tromsø, 04.02.2026)

0,33 flaske fra Statens postordrekatalog, hjemme mens jeg lager lørdags middagen: klar gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. Aromatisk anslag med (bitter)appelsiner, belgisk gjær, koriander og lys malt. Fin, krydret bitterhet i avslutningen, og etter kort tid med en vederkvegende smøring av nervevraket.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 9%. Clear and pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar syrup, coriander seeds and Curacao oranges. Fizzy mouthfeel. Spicy flavour with the same elements, moderate hops.

Appearance: Golden colour. Medium white head. Good lacing.
Flavour/ Aroma: Quince marmelade, booze, place malts , sugar, caramel.
Others: A bit fizzy, overall sweet, not so complex but highly drinkable.

Ambar turbia, de abundante espuma de retención media. Aroma malteado, caramelo. levadura. Se intensifica la base acaramelada en boca, donde tiene cuerpo medio, gas presente sin molestar, y un contrapunto especiado, cilantro, y con notas de naranja amarga y levadura belga. Triple quizás mas dulce que la media, pero sin alejarse del estilo y en cualquier caso una buen cerveza

Cerveza dorada con generosa, cremosa, estable y duradera corona de espuma. Aroma afrutado, maltoso y floral, con notas de levadura, repostería, piel de naranja, cilantro (mucho cilantro) y especias. En boca el lado dulce domina el trago, malta, melocotón en almíbar, azúcar moreno, bizcocho, cilantro (más cilantro)...El final del trago ofrece cierto matiz amargo y especiado, pero no lo suficientemente amargo para lograr el equilibrio perfecto. En conclusión es una tripel aceptable, cálida, dulce y licorosa.
