PINTA Collab PL - Birbant - a cloudy, double-hopped, double IPA. The beer is brewed with the addition of wheat malt and oatmeal, hopped on the hot and cold side with Galaxy®, Simcoe® and Talus ™ varieties. You will find in it intense notes of resin-tropical, blueberry and pink grapefruit.

Ingredients: water, Pilsen barley malt; wheat malt; oat malt; oat flakes; rice flakes; maltodextrin; hops: hot side: hop extract Flex; whirlpool: Simcoe®; dry-hopping: Galaxy™, Talus™; yeast: London Ale III

50cl can. A murky yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, yellow fruits, citrus, yeast. Taste of juicy hops, yellow fruits, citrus, mango, some pineapple, yeast. Moderate bitterness, nice!

Bardzo dobra DDH DIPA, w stylu ( oczywiście te dzisiejsze DIPY, dobrze zbalansowane w niczym nie przypominają tych karmelowych z przed kilku lat wstecz), profil aromatyczny i smakowy to moja bajka, świetny Galaxy.

Puszka 0.5l (BB 30.12.2021). Słodkie owoce tropikalne w aromacie kontrowane, dość sporą, agresywną, żywiczną goryczką w smaku a przy tym mega gładkie, bez cienia alkoholu, niebezpiecznie pijalne przy ponad ośmioprocentowej zawartości wyżej wspomnianego, bardzo udana kooperacja.

Żółta barwa, zamglone, piana ładnie zdobi szklankę. W aromacie wyczuwalne białe owoce oraz cytrusy. W smaku podobnie do aromatu, gładka tekstura, nisko nasycone oraz alkohol dobrze ukryty przez co mocno pijalne. Bardzo dobra DIPA.
