Hay nose, clean. Crystal clear yellow, medium head. Grass, hint of clay and plastic. Light body, easy carbonation. Despite the other glowing reviews, I actually find it a bit macro-ish.

Canned 5/19/22, drunk 6/11/22. Clear golden-brass. Small, white head shows moderately-low retention. Honey and mineral with rustic bread and light sourdough. Herbal and lightly spicy hops lend good balance. Soft vanilla-like notes from the malt. Clean, no alcohol. Soft and malty in the mouth, very richly-malted with white bread, light sourdough, herbal/spicy hops and lingering sourdough, mineral and strong herbal hops. Maybe just a bit over-the-top with the combo of rich malt sweetness and strong herbal/spicy hops. But it's fairly minor. Otherwise this is clean, soft and very well-done.

16 oz. can. Clear golden appearance. Aroma of grainy malt; floral hops, honey. Flavor of sweet bready malt, honey, and a soft lager yeast. Maybe apple hints. Very clean finish and proper for the style.
