Lys brun uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter appelsinskall, kvae og barnål. Bitter. Smaker barnål og alkohol. Lang bitter avslutning.

From a 440ml can on 20/7/2021. Pours a murky, dirty golden with a smallish head. Smells of spice and ripe tropical fruits. Tastes very sweet with apricot, peach, guava and melon all in the mix. Finishes with quite a spicy bitterness which keeps all the sweetness in check. The mouthfeel is thick, the carbonation softish. Remarkably easy drinking for 13%. Not quite a bullseye but still a very tasty and quite impressive monster beer.

2025 rerate, BB: 2022.
A: hazy ochre, thin, off-white head.
A: apricot jam, candied orange peel, triple sec, diesel, honey.
T: very sweet apricot, melon, orange peel, biscuit, spicy onion & hashish.
F: floral hops, very juicy, dank diesel & warming triple sec-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
This held up surprisingly well after all that time.
Original rating: 8/8/6/8/8=7.5. Can from Beers@Moviefun, Bruges. Cloudy ochre, stable, frothy white head. Aroma of honey, marmalade, candied orange, apricot, pineapple, bread crust, triple sec, wet kitchen herbs, peeled onion. Taste has sweet apricot, peach & orange over honeyish-doughy maltiness; bit spicy-yeasty in the middle, touches of dank onion and bitter grapefruit juice. Earthy hoppy finish, more ripe tropical fruit as well as honey and hefty triple sec-like alcohol. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Not the most balanced IIPA but it makes for an interesting experience.

18th April 2021 Can. Hazy and slightly dark orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, a nice minerally crisp bite. Smooth malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Nothing so far is giving me any indication that this qipa is carrying a weighty 13% alcohol bill. Very nice hop presentation. Good juicy rich citric tropical fruit melange. Nibbly hop spice persists and there is a robust cooling pine that has a distinct minty streak. A much sweeter citrus comes through on the back end. Smooth finish leaves a minty spicy linger. Impressive. No obvious alcohol and whilst it is sweeter than yer average super strength dipa it is dangerously drinkable. Complex and layered and rather darn tasty. Not my favourite brewery but a good beer is a good beer and this is very good indeed. Assured and well delivered.

Can shared with friends because damn, it's 13%. Amber-orange haze with a small head. Mango, papaya, pineapple nose. Sweet, huge body, a bit alcoholic aftertaste (and that's after a bottle of sake). Huge bitterness, bit perfectly balanced with the remaining sugars, like a bittersweet dessert wine. Quite an impressive thing, but the alcoholic powerful aftertaste is a bit too much.

Cloudy orange. Aroma is banana guava pineapple lime juice some other tropic dank and a little toast-like malt. Taste is sweet and soothing fruit, orange juice and deep boozy pineapple. Actually the booze is very well hidden in all those fruit and there is nothing rotten in them. More velvety fruits in the finish. Very balanced. Minimal hop burn. Nothing bad...

440ml can. From To Ol. Orange juice color. Freshly squeezed orange juice in aroma. Mango. Fresh hops. It is sweet obviously , with a warming finish. Not exactly boozy but at the same time being 13% on the stronger side to be really enjoyable. Good effort though.

Smakte uten mat var da ok, men med mat så kom sprit smaken frem. Ikke en øl for med
