A traditionally brewed Belgian Quadrupel, bottle conditions with a Greek twist. We added 10% w/v of Corinthian raisins at the end of the fermentation to get a slight tartness and a beautiful vinous character!

Bottle picked up from Kykao brewery, Patras and consumed at Kalianna Apartments, Lefkada Town, Lefkada, Greece, Wednesday 16th September 2020. Pours murky brown with an off white head. Dried booze soaked fruits tussle with molasses and vanilla on the nose. In the mouth more of the same, it's a big beer but it drinks remarkably easy, dark sugars, dried fruits, vanilla, wet wood, some light spice touches. Good beer.
