Double mash Baltic Porter using beechwood smoked malt. Fermented low and slow created a complex, full bodied brew having a smooth mouthfeel with subtle hints of smoke and flavor or dark chocolate. This version of a porter is stronger than the traditional English style of beer and needs 3 times for time to ferment and age!

Bottle picked up directly at the brewery in Patras, Greece from Kostas. Had this at home Sunday 27th September 2020 watching 'The Invention of Lying' on Netflix. Pours black with a light tan head. Subtle smokiness on the nose, chocolate also. Smooth in the mouth, chocolate and light smokiness working well in the mouth, very easy drinking, a light creaminess, cocoa, gentle roastiness. Good beer, really good beer once again from Kykao. Ok
