Troebel oranjegeel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van banaan, toffee, honing en wat sinaasappel. Degelijke tripel waarbij de bitterheid en alcohol iets te veel overheerst.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is spicy yeast with malt, sugary fruits, estery yeast, touch of ripe banana. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Not bad.

Pours a cloudy golden/orange body and an off white head with fair retention. Aroma's: sweetish, candy sugar, fruit, lightcoriander. Retronasal it's sweetish and fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter, coriander coming through as well. Medium bodied. Warming alcohol. Finishes moderate bitter, but not very long.

Clear dark golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of herbal pale malt, belgian yeast, honey. Taste of sweetish strong pale malt, honey, herbs, spices. Long bitter finish.

Bottle 33cl. bought on the island @home poured into a tulip glass. Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, banana, honey, caramel, toffee. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, banana, orange marmelade, toffee, yeast, spicy notes, retronasal banana and honey. Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy and burnt caramel, resinous notes, spicy notes, bit boorish triple and maybe not so balanced but quite drinkable, nice.
