Our latest AF beer has all of the grapefruit treble notes of his stronger sibling, Elvis Juice. Followed by a chorus of orange and pine, loud citrus flavors groove on a solid malt base foundation, giving the hop aromas a stage to shine for an all-night show.

Dark amber, slight haze to it, and a thin head. The grapefruit bursts out here, though the hops are dull. Honeyish malt, moderate bitterness.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Waitrose. Pours clear gold with a quickly fading, fizzy white head. Lightly sweet with pleasant citrus character, some oily grapefruit, pithy lemon, nips of biscuit and dried flowers. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more citrus peel impressions. Drinkable beer.

On tap @Brewdog Vegas. Clear, frothy, amber gold, a bit different from the OG. Big candy grapefruit nose. Somewhat fake. Taste is maltier, less fruit than the OG. Way less grapefruit. Salt. Bitter-tart more than bittersweet. Still yeasty. Thinner, more acidic. Frothy, but too slippery. This tastes like a blonde with some weak fruit. Different base. They lie. Meh.

12 ounce can by mail order from the brewery (Ohio), 2/10/22. Hazy amber, large fizzy white head, poor retention. Aroma of pure pink grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, green hops, pale malt. Juicy, a bit thin. Decent.

3/X/21 - 33cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 21/XI/21 (2021-1137)

Clear gold orange beer, small irregular white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of grapefruit, citrus, sweet impression, lime, lemonade. Mf: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft acidity, lots of grapefruit, little bitter, bit watery. Aftertaste: more grapefruit, pretty watery, little bitter, no bad, but more like flavoured sparkling water, not a beer anymore…

Pours clear blonde, medium white head. Scent is medium intense, mostly getting the grapefruit here. Very lemonade like. Taste is sharp, mild maltyness, notes of hops. Mostly just grapefruit juice really. Medium intense bitterness, thin body. Not interesting nor balanced.

0.355 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', brewed by Brewdog USA, canned in December 2020. Almost clear, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, quickly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, rather fruity aroma of massive grapefruit, blood orange and light pine. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite fruity taste of grapefruit, blood orange, mango and light pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Alright!
