A beer fit for feasting, this ancient inspired ale is a sweet return to Cyprus' forgotten, but not lost, fermented drink. White grapes and wild thyme honey give this beer its sweetness, but the spiced dry finish makes it a beer worth sipping. Brewed for the 3rd annual Vounous International Terracotta Symposium, it honors the craft of pottery, which provides the most authentic clues on the daily lives of the ancients’ and their connections to land, water, and each other.
