During our teenager years, we had our fair share of commercial pilsners on our memorable visits to legendary Glapasides beach (Famagusta) in Cyprus. Although refreshing, we always felt something was missing. We wanted to create a pilsner for hop lovers that was a bit more complex and exciting. Our pilsner is just that, with a grapefruit, pine, and citrus aroma, subtle bready malt sweetness and a resinous hop profile, it awakens the senses. Although a bit more bitter than your traditional pilsner, it gives you a finish that is clean and dry. It will certainly make you want to take a second look at this style of beer. This beer is dedicated in loving memory of our German shepherd "Igor" R.I.P.

Tap at The Walls Inn. Thin body, med-light carbonation, could use more bubbless. Med-light bitterness, light sweetness. Quite empty, a bit if honeyish maltiness, lack of hops character, hint of grassy herbal one. Overall drinkable, but a bit too neutral.

22/4/2023. Can bought direct from the Brewery shared at SBGP2. Pours clear pale golden with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, herb, grass, grains and flowers. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, gently fizzy carbonation. Decent.
