During our teenager years, we had our fair share of commercial pilsners on our memorable visits to legendary Glapasides beach (Famagusta) in Cyprus. Although refreshing, we always felt something was missing. We wanted to create a pilsner for hop lovers that was a bit more complex and exciting. Our pilsner is just that, with a grapefruit, pine, and citrus aroma, subtle bready malt sweetness and a resinous hop profile, it awakens the senses. Although a bit more bitter than your traditional pilsner, it gives you a finish that is clean and dry. It will certainly make you want to take a second look at this style of beer.
