Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, 2025. Early Friday. Pours amber copper with a small head. Again that over the top vanilla. Such a shame, cause this is great. Vinous, sweet and dry. Dark fruit. 4.1

Bottle @ HJ Tasting. Pours Black with a small beige head. Massive Vanilla. To the point where it is overdone. Roast and coffee beneath. Vinous and Dry. Soft and full bodied. If the Vanilla would have been left out. A banger. (8/4/8/4/16)

Bottle (11.2% ABV) pour from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Virtually opaque cola brown with nice viscosity, ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, vanilla, caramel, raisin in nice balance. Taste is strong caramel, bourbon, vanilla. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, no sign of alcohol. Not super complex but well balanced and enjoyed taking some time to sip this.

500 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Dude, thanks! Aroma is bold vanilla, and mild barrel. Holy hell! That is a ton of vanilla. Soft brown sugar. Glad it was held 2 years. Rich vanilla lasts throughout the sip. I really like it but… it is a one trick pony.

2022 bottle drunk 8/31/24, thanks to tfontana. Medium mahogany. Clear. No head. Rich vanilla-laced bourbon. Pepper, rich wood and long, dry chocolate. Doesn't seem too sweet and isn't boozey. Spice, more bourbon, rich, really well-developed malts. Damn that's good. Oh yeah, rich, rich, succulent, heavy, heavy vanilla. Rich, well-attenuated malts. Not syrupy. Big but mellow bourbon. Lots of spice and light chocolate. Raisin, prune and more luscious vanilla-based acid on the finish. Sticky, rich, no booze. A masterclass of vanilla. Though I'd say it must have been beyond intense when fresh, if it's still this strong.
Brown sugar, vanilla, bourbon. Taste is really nice, with a small amount of warming in the finish. Really nice sipper. Thanks Tom from valley beverage.
