Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours just faintly hazed gold with a frothy, white head. Medium sweet flavour, nice crispy grains, biscuits, honey, bread, nips of butter hay. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, subtle grass and hay, more sun-kissed biscuits. Really good stuff.

Bottle at home, from CW online, 09/05/21. Almost clear golden with a handsome white cap formed of tightly knit bubbles. Nose is pale malts, light cereal tones, grass, hedgerow, light citric zest, corn husk. Taste comprises pale malts, soft breads, hint of vanilla, trace of caramel, modest herb, grass, light floral nip. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Top drawer stuff. Could sink a lot of this number.

Bottle collected from the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester, and drunk at home. Light notes of honey, dried grass and citrus peel in the aroma. Balanced taste with honey and vanilla sweetness met with assertive bitter hop halfway through the sip. Finish is again sweeter with caramel in the aftertaste. Delicious, thirst-quenching and moreish.
