What’s the deal with all these berries? Elliot blueberries, black currants, black raspberries, and boysenberries, aged 12 months in a Bourbon Barrel. That’s a lot of B’s. Each of the berries makes themselves known in their own time, while the bourbon barrel stays on the palate throughout this complex and densely fruited dessert mead.

Very dark purple, nice thickness. Deep fruity smell, berries from all directions, definitely some alcohol too. Thick, boozy, warming alcohol. Taste is super jammy, loads of blackcurrant and various blackberrythings, light bourbon. Very intense and yummy.
