Another from my Father's Day gift box. Beautiful pour, with real weight in thr glass. Strong burnt malt flavour and texture with great mouthful. And you can taste the alcohol, which is no bad thing.

Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is floral, some toasted oaty tones with mild chocolate and some mild roasted elements. Flavour is toasted malts, some liquorice, mild chocolate a bit diactyl and some toffee tones.

Can from Beers@Moviefun.
A: hazy black, thin, tan head.
A: brown bread, coffee grounds, vanilla bean, fondant.
T: sweetish brown bread, toast, vanilla cream.
F: earthy hops, bitter coffee & toast.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Classic Stout, nothing wrong here.

Can. Black with a righteous beige head. Aroma of cocoa, chocolate milk, roasted malts, brown sugar and yes maybe even hints of vanilla. Taste of cocoa, roasted malts, milk chocolate, liquorice and some tart dark fruits. Moderate to strong liquorice-powered bitterness. Medium carbonation. Slightly creamy but mostly watery. Enjoyable.

Can 33cl. @home poured into an English pint glass. Pitch black with a faint ruby hue, tall creamy tan head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, coffee, hint of vanilla. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roast, chocolate, coffee groundings, liquorice, burnt caramel as well as dark fruits in the background. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering light roast, a good classic dry stout.
