Towering beige head, very lacey, over copper beer, cold-hazed. Old hops, caramel, wafflesyrup, orangepeel. Light bitter flavour, overlying a sweeter caramelly flavour. Raisins, old grapes, fortified grapewine. Very slick, feels rather better bodied, bit syrupy almost. Nothing special, hops deteriorated in some way. Txs to Stef!

0,33 l bottle from Heimathaven, Oldenburg. Unclear red golden to copper in the glass, more than one finger foamy head. Low meadow flowers smell. Taste starts British malty, citrus in the background, dry grainy, little bit toasted. Low bitterness for an IPA but present. Nice and easy drinking stuff.

Taste is dry, bitter, tart-ish, citrusy and minimally earthy-leafy and waxy hoppy, hints of lime, some lemon, a touch of lemon tea and tobacco, caramel malty basis with a minimally nutty touch and almost without residual sweetness; minimally overcarbonated.
