Aus der Flasche im 2023-12 getrunken. Uiiii! Was ist das? Dieses Ale stinkt nach Schimmel oder Gogonzola? Egal ich bin kein Trüffel Fan und kann dieses Aroma nicht zu ordnen. Aber Spaß im Glas ist bei diesen penetranten Geruch was anderes. Hier heißt es sicher Hate it or Love it. Am Gaumen ist es dann zum Glück dieses Trüffelaroma gar nicht mehr present und schmeckt wie ein Lager. Nein das Bier will nicht noch mal im Glas haben.

Bottle from Rudat. Very strange stuff. Lots of truffles in the beginning, grainy beer in the back. Fits well with steak and potatoes I think, tastes intense as the tuffled butter I like with steak, but as a beer in the evening really undrinkable. But interesting idea.

Many thanks for this beer to Dariusz Sokol. Pachnie niezbyt przyjemnie, zagroda dla swin, bloto, bagno, trzęsawisko. W smaku truflowo-kasztanowe. z mydlem potasowym w tle. Niedobre piwo.

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a small beige head. Aroma of truffle all the way. Taste of fruffle, caramel, nuts, vegetables. Strange!

Golden. Aroma is truffle all the way. Taste is a bit sweet malty with a little grainy tartness. Truffle in the finish again. Very interesting, not very yummy.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is full blown truffles, nothing more. Quite amazing. Taste is light caramel, grainy, truffles again, but not so much. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Fun - the label doesn't lie.

Bottle. Deep Amber, low offwhite head. Indeed truffle aroma, buttery even, medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light hay and honey, earthy notes, nice herbal hop finish, truffle oil retronasal.

Room 309 Trüffel ale hertl. Golden color, decent head, WOW TRÜFFEL AROMA! Yes I used all caps. It's like the smell of a good truffle pizza or pasta. But very mild flavor that doesn't live up to the hype, sadly. Decent, interesting.
