0.33 l bottle from 'Vormann Brauerei', best before November 2019. Clear, deep amber with a thin, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, earthy, umami, slightly malty and a bit fruity aroma of lots of truffle, caramel and light apricot. Gently sweet, malty, umami, earthy and slightly fruity taste of caramel, truffle, some honey and a touch of apricot, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently earthy, umami, moderately dry and just a little spicy with faint hints of pepper. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not just interesting as I've never tried truffle in a beer before, but actually really tasty. I'm surprised by the low ratings so far but I guess you just have to like truffle. The aroma is extremely inviting, would have liked more truffle in the taste as well. By far the best of the 'Room Collabs' so far!
