Reviewed from notes. Purchased from Winooski Bevy, VT on 10/20/2017 and consumed the same day.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: chill haze looking yellow color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: honey, floral hops, funky/sour, musty vinous, light hay, there's the sour/Brett, lemongrass, sweet oak, apples, pears and a little bit of clean basement
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a great funky tart to sweet vinous & floral quality with the honey and oak for balance; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, great sipper! Greatly balanced smoothness as there is absolutely nothing acting assertively against the flow along the tongue
Overall: too bad I could only get one bottle, I would have wanted a second one to try later.

Bottle from Tavour: pours yellow with white head. Honey and light straw and funkiness. Slightly tart and earthy. Not too sweet. Solid.

375mL bottle, undated, but recently purchased, drunk 4/17/25.
Hint of cloudiness from a very lightly gushing bottle. Small, lightly-creamy, white head.
Very, very fruity in the best way, with juicy pear, hints of apple and very light black pepper. The real deal saison yeast. None of the garbage: clove/banana/bubble gum. Only a touch of Brett yet; obviously a recent dosing and hasn't had time to develop, but it's more fun to smell the Sacch., I think.
Staunch pepper and a oat-heavy chewiness and deep body without much sweetness, though there's enough. Exquisitely-tight carbonation produces an almost creamy character. Rich pepper, light pear and apple with honey fermentation character (heavy white pepper) and even a touch of actual residual honey flavor. Low oak character.

On tap. Pours a pale gold with light head. Aromas of honey, a little lime and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on dry malts plus a bit of earthy Belgian yeast. Not getting the one!

Bottle shared in London with Nellser - sourced online. Pours lightly unclear orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Typically exceptional, well rounded saison from Anchorage, moderate funk, some soft lemony tang, good brett funk, oaky dryness. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, nips of grass, lemon, pale wood, straw, further decent brett funk, restrained citric tartness. Great stuff.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of beautiful Anchorage funk with golden fruits and a touch of bees wax. Dry and slightly tart funky flavour with fruit and honey notes.
