750 c&c from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours clear bright gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is lightly bretty with a honey hint. Med body or so. Flavor is nicely bretty - funk/must - oakiness (astringent as well as musty) - honey accumulating on my lips. Far from sweet. More Brett than bitter. Really nice stuff - I would class the Brett satisfaction level in the Orval range.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, large fluffy white head, dissipating slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is Brett, dusty, musty, basement, light floral notes. Flavor has a touch of sweetness, medium Brett funk, dusty, floral, hint of citrus. Light body, bubbly mouthfeel. Love me a good Anchorage.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with good Brett, light lactic notes, light ground cherry, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. Bottle at La Cuvée 2019.

C&C 750 mL bottle from Woodman's Oak Creek. On clearance, but a clearance brett saison? Sold! Pale straw colored, large fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of brett, honey, honeysuckle, candied lemon. Taste is bready malt, lemon, brett, funk, honey. Medium bodied, mild tartness, spritzy carb. Nice clearance bin find!

Flaska från Beergium. Trevlig lite syrlig saison med lätta honungstoner. Helt ok men inte lika nyansrik och komplex som andra Anchorageöl. Gott

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly bretty, funky yeasty and oaky aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones, herbal-spicy hints of white pepper, sage, a floral touch of honey jammed between. Taste is dry, funky, mildly bretty, subtle residual floral honey sweetness, some citrus notes, mild tartness, a herbal touch. Harmonious, refreshing, not overdone.
