Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. LIte funkig, mjukt syrlig med fina plomoon och aprikossmaker. Lätt acetisk syrlighet stramar upp smaken lite. Gott.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest 2019. Unclear pinkish coloured, minimal off-white head, light acidic berries in the nose. Light prunes, berries, quite acidic and slightly perfumed with touch of wood. Pleasant sour finish. Nice one.

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest, Zagreb. Hazy orange with a pinkish glow, lasting creamy off-white head. Peach candy, white wine, some acidity, ripe apple. Stone or pome fruit puree. Slightly sour, acetic acid, refreshing. Very nice use of a barrel. Quite sour and puckering. Slightly sharp, low bitterness or a malty component. Good balance. Light body, drinkable, easy going, lasting fruity finish.

Gorgeous beer! Tons of fruit, almost candy like but nothing synthetic. Sweet, subtle tartness, bunch of wood, and deliciously balanced. Real pleasure.

Bottle. Unclear orangeish color with white head. Aroma is light prunes, light wood, barrel funk. Taste is prunes, berries, woody, the right amount of tannins. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Awesome!

Bottle from Beers'n'more. Shiiiiet. This is superb. Pours murky purple, but that's just where this beer takes off. Aroma is beautiful and distinct prunes, with hints of some yogurt; Not there to disturb, only to add. Also, funk and some barrel, but you know this is gonna be a prune massage on your tongue. And then it comes, and delivers. Prunes galore, velvety embedded in sourness, tartness and carbonation, softly and matchingly sweet. Some yogurt and lactose, yes, but it fits. And it goes down as you would expect it, pure sour bliss. Amazing.
