This irresistible sour reminds us of raspberry sour candy. Super jammy and tart with a soft sweetness from milk sugar and underlying vanilla character from lightly toasted oak.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottle 08/11/21). Ruby red with pink head. Jammy raspberry and lactose with feintest hint of hibiscus. Decent.

Deep red with a nice white head. Nice aromatic raspberry and hibiscus. Nice soured soft raspberry and a pleasant complexity. Solid.
