Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, banana and citric notes behind with wheat and cardboard. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Lidl Bulgarian brewery no.14 and beer 36, mission accomplished. Quite pleasant weizen, more into malts but fine. Lacks banana and clove, but makes it back on yeast and coriander. Good.

Bottle shared in Gabrovo - many thanks to Nora. Pours hazy gold with a big, frothy white head. The nose has crispy wheat, dried banana, hay. Light sweet flavour with low bitterness, some orange peel, more wheat flakes. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Alright balance in the finish, some simple wheat bread, a little lemony perk, straw. Decent hefe overall.
