We've recently invested in some new equipment that allows us to dial in our water like never before, and who better than Polly's to help us develop the perfect profile for this soft, juicy IPA. Hop-wise it's some newer varieties we're both enjoying right now - Talus, Sabro & Idaho 7 - plus a little bit of Citra for good measure.

Unclear gold, with white head. Sweet pineapple, dank weeds, this feels classic. Love it.

Can shared thanks to Alexander. Slight hazy yellow golden with small white head. Dank citrus hops, melon, sweet malts, grassy hops. Super dank nice hops. Medium sweet, lighter bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite OK.

Can from the Siren brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Nice tropical fruit aromas, faint sabro coconut notes. Taste was mango, orange zest, again some light coconut. Light sweet finish.
