This was our first collaboration we produced in our own spot. A mix between the honey from Terre@Air, the knowledge and materials from Blacksmith Meadery & our first barrel we bought from Antidoot. The result is a mead that is closer to a white wine from the alsace region. Less sweet and better drank cold this mead was an excellent first try. A new mead is on the way…
