Shared with Koelschtrinker & Beerhunter111. Grainy but mild beginning. Easy to drink, bread with parts of grain and a mild and slightly sweetish bitterness. Sessionable, slightly grainy, nice.

33cl bottle. A minimal hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt. Taste of sweet breadish malt, grains, cereals, low bitterness.

Pours foggy light amber with a large frothy head. Aroma: honey, bread, floral and fruity hop, some caramel. Medium minus body. Soft carbonation. Taste: bittersweet. Biscuit, caramel, citrusy and floral hoo, not much bread. Medium minus bitterness. Long hoppy aftertaste. Interesting stuff. Decent.

bereits mein 2. Brotbier Wobei auch dieses natürlich mit einem tiefen Roggenton überzeugt. Allerdings ist es mir persönlich etwas zu sauer und salzig. Kann man guten ökologischen Gewissens trinken, aber das klassische Bier wird es wohl nicht verdrängen.

Hazy golden. Aroma is bread raisins, sulfur, green hops, hay, dough. Taste is doughy and slight sour starchy. A little trace of fruitiness. A bit strange.

Bottle. Hazy copper color with soapy white head. Aroma is tart, dough, a touch farty. Taste is tart, dough, bready, very funny. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation.

0.33 bottle. Lightly cloudy Amber pour, aroma mildly malty and bready. Flavor follows with noticeably bready overtones and a light citrus undercurrent from the DE Cascade.
